The past few weeks have been some of the most productive TCF has seen yet this year. We are looking forward to clearer skies and warmer days in the coming weeks. We currently have four projects under construction, with a couple more receiving finishing touches.
Jeremy’s crew is currently working on the Nuvelo project. With their completion of the roof this week, they were able to surpass their deadline by over a week, kudos to Jeremy & his crew! Next week we will start layout and walls on the second phase of this project.
Allen and his crew just finished the roof at The Reserve and will be heading down the road to Birdtown. Layout and walls began this week and the full crew is expected to arrive later next week.
Jesse is currently running The Expo project, located in the heart of Northeast. They are working their way through floor 3 of 5. This building is being built in two phases with completion of the project in late June/early July.
Az’s crew is trucking right along at Burnsville Senior Living with fourth floor walls starting last Monday. With our first shipment of roof trusses today, we are looking forward to starting the roof next week. See pictures below for an update of the project.
